Walk through the Hornby Street entrance and Bacchus Restaurant, the attention to detail is immediately apparent.
You are instantly surrounded by luxury, with richly upholstered furniture, warm, dark wood, and light fixtures imported from Venice personally by owner Eleni Skalbania which extends the hotel’s brand of elegance. A large canvas depicting Bacchus himself, Greek god of wine and revelry, presides over the room. Guests enjoy live entertainment during the evenings in the lounge as well as weekend brunch and afternoon tea on Saturdays and Sundays.

Regularly winning Vancouver magazine’s award for Best Bar/Lounge, recently won the 2013 Silver Award for "Best Upscale French Restaurant".

Bacchus’ sophisticated décor is complemented by the creations of its young, energetic Executive Chef, Lee Parsons, who cleverly and innovatively, creates Modern French cuisine featuring ingredients indigenous to the West Coast.

Saturday and Sunday and most statutory holidays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Lunch:

Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Saturday and Sunday - no lunch service

Afternoon Tea:

Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Lounge Bar Menu:

Sunday to Wednesday last call at 12:00 am.

Thursday to Saturday last call at 1:00 am.

Lounge Food Menu:

Monday to Wednesday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
