~ We recommend booking spa appointments in advance to help us accommodate your needs.  Please feel free to express any special requests, concerns or health conditions at the time of booking.

~ Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment in order to provide time to change into your robe & sandals and enable you to unwind before your treatment. 

~If you would like to experience the complimentary Eucalyptus Steam Room or Fitness Centre please arrive with enough time before your appointment to allow for this as usage is not recommend after most treatments.  Please also ask when making your appointment if either of these should be avoided before your individual treatment.

~ As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we kindly ask that all day spa cancellations or changes to your appointments be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for treatments. Guests will be charged the full price of cancelled treatments when less than the 24 hours notice is given.  A Credit Card guarantee will be required when making a reservation.
